This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. the value for money was outstanding - the prices were incredibly reasonable for the high quality experience we had. Secondly, the attention to detail was exceptional, from the well-furnished rooms with air conditioning to the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the location in the industrial center was surprisingly convenient, as it provided easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
No major complaints, everything was just fine.

The staff were friendly and the room quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet in a cozy room. Very good quality/price ratio. We chose it because other customers from Booked.net had recommended it, we were not disappointed.
The city centre is not within walking distance.

i was there during the Avignon Theater festival therefore the costs/night was 3 x higher than the normal rate..... room was very ok, furniture and bathroom were completely new, walls were older but generally i felt very comfortable there, aircondition working well, Wifi well, rooms very clean, furniture new, bathroom new, pool - had no time to take a look but from far away but it looked fine too, area is very industrial and a bit "dead", connection to the city and festival through busses ok organized - besides sundays. i would book it again!

This was a great find. The staff were so pleasant and helpful - they really made us feel welcome. Thanks particularly to Pierre and Cathy. The room was comfortable, breakfast plentiful and the restaurant served good food in the evening (weekdays). There is also an excellent pizza place closeby. We liked the location because it was quiet, parking was easy and the drive into Avignon was staightforward. We actually drove to the park and ride and caught the free shuttle back to town (a few minutes ride). The hotel was also well situated for exploring the surrounding region.

The hotel had a great swimming pool, clean and air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of car parking. The location was in a quiet and convenient area, close to shops, supermarkets, and fast food restaurants. It was also easy to drive to the city and use as a base for day trips. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Nothing that I didn't like.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly but be careful ... there is a Hotel Cristole around the corner and even the taxi drivers make mistakes.
it was a budget hotel but at high prices. Only the pool was a point in its favour. at these prices I expected a fridge but no.

The hotel is quite a long way from the city centre requiring a taxi each time costing 15 euro each trip
The hotel was basic but clean, nice seating area outside under cover. There is also a lounge inside with soft seats and tv which showed a world cup match whilst we were there which was very much appreciated by the men. An outside pool (not deep-about 5' max) with a few loungers and chairs was a very welcome after a morning in the city walking around in temperatures of around 34 degrees.

We stayed at a hotel located in a commercial area, which meant that it was very peaceful and quiet at nighttime. From there, we could take the bus to the city centre, which was much better than driving around the crowded streets. the front desk was very helpful in guiding us to one of the restaurants in the city centre for a lovely dinner. the room had ample space, comfortable beds, tea, and coffee facilities, and everything was neat and clean. the shower was refreshing and spacious, just what we needed.
The hotel lacked scenic views, but it was perfect for our short stay.

staffs are very helpful.
One particular staff, Pierre, has been very kind and helpful during our stay. His English is good. He even picked up a wallet and returned to my friend when we were out drinking at the parking lot w/o knowing the wallet is lost.

Staff was very friendly and was very willing to help wherever they could. Comfortable big room and the hotel also provides the possibility to have dinner against a reasonable price in the evening. Good and clean swimming pool. Good parking places.
The hotel is not close to the city centre. A car or motorcycle is necessary to get into the city (it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get there).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was just perfect for me. It may not be in the city center, but it's actually a plus as it's in a peaceful industrial area with easy parking and close to shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Cynthia at the reception. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, with a cosy bed and air conditioning to beat the summer heat.
No complaints here, everything was great!
